The Board of Trustees meet on the fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00 p.m. in the public meeting room at City Hall. During the holiday season, meeting dates and times may be changed. Other meetings or public hearings are called as necessary.
Meetings of the Board of Trustees are open to the public. Citizen's comments are heard at the beginning of the meeting. Citizen's Comment Forms can be found by clicking here.
Village Clerk
The Village Clerk is responsible for all Village records including minutes, ordinances, contracts, and other necessary documents. The Village Clerk also administers all business and liquor licenses, produces the Village newsletters, certifies the ballot for municipal elections, collects revenue, and processes disbursements. The Village Clerk is also the main point of contact for the members of the Board of Trustees.
