The Village of Riverview Municipal Court has two sessions monthly, usually on the first and third Thursdays. Court dates and times may vary during the holiday season. Please check calendar for court dates and times.
Violations Bureau
The Municipal Judge has established a violations bureau wherein defendants can pay selected tickets without appearing in court.

For Defendants
Court begins promptly at 6:00 p.m. and the docket is called on a first-come, first-served basis.
Continuances will not be granted on court day.
All payments must be made prior to the start of the court session or an appearance is necessary.
The court accepts only cash or money order for payment of fines at City Hall.
Court payments may be made online by using a third-party payment site, CourtMoney.com. In order to use this service, you will need to register and additional fees may apply.

For Attorneys
The Court Clerk accepts entries of appearance via facsimile, U.S. mail, and online through The Municipal Project. We ask that if you fax your entry of appearance, you also mail a hard copy to the office along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that we may mail back the recommendation.
There is no attorney call docket on court night, however, if you wish to speak with the Prosecuting Attorney, he is available on court night beginning at 6:00 p.m.
